S2R ABDOMINAL CHALLENGE D17

Today I had to open at work, and the SOB that had to close mysteriously came down with every illness ever. Therefore, today I had to pull a double shift. After standing for 14 hours, the only thing on my mind was, would I have the energy to perform mu challenge commitment. I almost gave in to falling asleep without completing my challenge, but that in itself started to give me a migraine. I sucked it up, and ran for 36:10 minutes, followed by my 200 crunches, and better and more energized than before. Stay committed.

S2R ABDOMINAL CHALLENGE D15

As I arrived at the halfway mark today, I realize with commitment, dedication, and perseverance, anything is possible. Today I ran for 31:50 minutes in this blazing Miami sun, and it drained the life out of me. With the completion of these 200 crunches before bed, I realize that so far I’ve completed 3000 crunches this month, and I feel like upping it to 400 a day. It seems that as the days go by, these challenges are becoming easier, and I don’t want to be complacent.
